He created them male and female,blessed them, and said, “Have many children, so thatyour descendants will live all over the earth and bringit under their control. I am putting you in charge of thefish, the birds, and all the wild animals.（Genesis 1:26-28）神は言われた。「我々にかたどり、我々に似せて、人を造ろう。そして海の魚、空の鳥、家畜、地の獣、地を這うものすべてを支配させよう。」神は御自分にかたどって人を創造された。神にかたどって創造された。男と女に創造された。神は彼らを祝福して言われた。「産めよ、増えよ、地に満ちて地を従わせよ。海の魚、空の鳥、地の上を這う生き物をすべて支配せよ。」（創世記1:26-28）整理してみると次のようになります。1日目：光（＝昼）、闇（＝夜）2日目：天（＝空）3日目：地（＝陸）、海4日目：太陽、月5日目：魚、鳥6日目：地上の生き物、人間以上のことは6 日間でなされ、7 日目に神は休息をとりました。
